TRADE SHOW VENDOR INFORMATION & REGISTRATION

Dates: May 3-4, 2024

Pendleton Convention Center, 1601 Westgate, Pendleton, Oregon

Times, location and space are subject to change.

Set up: Thursday, May 2nd, 2024: 1pm – 7pm; Friday, May 3rd, 2023, 7am – 9am Must be set up fully by 9am on Friday May 3rd.

Show Hours: Friday, May 3rd - 9am – 7pm sharp; Saturday, May 4th : 9am–6:30pm (or 30 minutes after close of the horse sale)

Tear down: Saturday, May 4th : 6:30pm (or 30 minutes after close of the horse sale) Sunday, May 5th 7am – Noon.

All Vendors MUST BE OUT no later than 12pm/ Noon, Sunday May 5th.

 

Booth Sizes and Prices: 

Inside 10' Booth Space: $275

Inside 15' Booth Space: $300

Outside Trailer or Tent Booth Space: $250 (Electricity unavailable outdoors)

APPLY FOR VENDOR SPACE BELOW BY CLICKING WHICH BOOTH SPACE YOU PREFER.

Custom Booth Spaces available with approval and subject to additional pricing.

Inside Booth Space includes back and side drapes, table, chair, and electricity if needed.

Table Space includes 8’ table, chair and electricity if needed.
