Friday and Saturday Ranch Rodeo Entries are now full. Mixed Team Branding is still taking entries for both nights until further notice. If you are still interested in entering the Ranch Rodeo for Friday or Saturday Night, please contact Ben Buchert at 541 969 0357  to be put on the waiting list.  We will occasionally have teams that back out and a spot or two might open up.

Team entries ARE limited. You will be notified of any changes prior to the event. Contestants may enter 2X for each event only on separate teams.

Event Details
  • Dates: Friday, May 2 & Saturday, May 3, 2025

  • Time: 6:30 PM both nights

  • Location: BMCC Equine Center (SW 18th & Westgate, Pendleton, OR)

  • Entry Deadline: 5:00 PM day of event at the Rodeo Office

How to Enter

  • First come, first served

  • Each team may enter each event once

  • All contestants must sign a waiver; minors require a parent/guardian signature
     

Ranch Rodeo
  • 16-Team Limit – WSRRA Qualifier

  • Entry Fee: $600 per 4-person team

  • Added Prize Money: $1,000

Mixed Team Branding
  • Entry Fee: $250 per 4-person team

  • At least 2 members must be 18 years old or under OR female

DISCLAIMER: I am 18 years or older and I have entered this event on my own volition. I hereby release and hold harmless the producers of this event, its directors, co-workers, stock contractors, pickup men, judges, the Pendleton Round Up, Happy Canyon Association, the Pendleton Cattle Barons and any other individuals or organization associated with this event from liability for any and all injury, damage or death that I, my family or helpers might incur associated with or during the event.

 

If contestant is under 18 years old, parents’ signature is required to enter. Eligibility to all events is determined by the Pendleton Cattle Barons board. Each team may enter each event only once (with exception of Select Ranch Horse Team Branding). Fees below include cattle charges.

  • RANCH RODEO: TEAM BRANDING; TRAILER LOADING & TIE DOWN; TEAM SORT & DOCTOR (combined time event).
    Entry Fee: $600/Team, 15 Team Limit (WSRRA qualifier)

  • MIXED TEAM BRANDING: $250/4-person team – (AT LEAST 2 MEMBERS MUST BE 18 OR UNDER OR FEMALE)
