People’s Choice Voting (tasting of Tri-Tip) 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Awards Ceremony 5:00 pm

 

Follow your nose out to the Pendleton Convention Center parking lot to see some of the best BBQ in Eastern Oregon.

Pendleton Cattle Barons BBQ Challenge: Teams will compete for trophies, prize money and most importantly, bragging rights. There is sure to be some friendly trash talk amongst friends and fellow pit-masters.

$5,000 Prize Pool and categories paid to 6th place
