Important Information for Vendors
Date: Friday, April 30th and Saturday, May 1st, 2027
Location: Blue Mountain Equine Center, Pendleton
Set Up: Thursday, April 29th 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Friday, April 30th 7:00 am - 9:00 am
*Vendors must be fully set up by 9:00 am on Friday, April 30th
Show Hours: 9:00 am - close on both days
Tear Down: Sunday, May 2nd 7:00 am - 12:00 pm
*All vendors must be out no later than 12:00 pm on Sunday, May 2nd
**Times are subject to change as event morphs

Please complete the form by February 1, 2027. All vendors must be paid in full prior to their spot being reserved. Payment is due by March 15th, 2027.

If you would like to submit a physical application for the 2027 trade show, please follow the instructions below:

Print the application document.

Fill out your information and complete the printed form.

Create a check payable to Pendleton Cattle Barons to pay for your requested space.

Send your completed application with the check to PO Box 1900, Pendleton, OR 97801.
