Important Information for Vendors
Date: Friday, May 1st and Saturday May 2nd, 2026
Location: Blue Mountain Equine Center, Pendleton
Set Up: Thursday, April 30th 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Friday, May 1st 7:00 am - 9:00 am
*Vendors must be fully set up by 9:00 am on Friday, May 1st
Show Hours: 9:00 am - close on both days
Tear Down: Sunday, May 3rd 7:00 am - 12:00 pm
*All vendors must be out no later than 12:00 pm on Sunday, May 3rd
**Times are subject to change as event morphs

Please complete the form by February 1, 2026. All vendors must be paid in full prior to their spot being reserved. Payment is due by March 15th, 2026.

Fill out your information and complete the printed form.

Create a check payable to Pendleton Cattle Barons to pay for your requested space.

Send your completed application with the check to PO Box 1900, Pendleton, OR 97801.
